RESEARCH ON BUILDING AN INTELLIGENT CHATBOT TO SUPPORT LEARNING FOR HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS

Abstract

In the context of rapid digital transformation in education, intelligent learning support systems have become an essential trend to enhance self-study capabilities, personalization, and learner interaction. This paper proposes an intelligent learning chatbot model that integrates natural language processing techniques, deep learning, and knowledge-based querying to help students access educational content quickly and in a personalized manner. The system architecture consists of key components including data preprocessing, a language model, a knowledge base, and an adaptive response generation module. In addition to intelligent conversational capabilities, the chatbot is designed for seamless integration into popular social platforms such as Zalo, thereby increasing accessibility, interaction, and learning support anytime and anywhere. Experimental results demonstrate high response accuracy and strong user satisfaction, confirming the model’s potential for broad application in digital education.
