SOME ORIENTATION FOR EXPLOITING INTELLIGENT LIBRARIES FOR TEACHING AND LEARNING IN THE 21ST CENTURY

Abstract

Education is always the foundation to promote economic development, so the innovation and improvement of the quality of education are ever important goals of each country. In today's knowledge economy, education is becoming more and more important as a foundation enabling learners to innovate, create and develop in a new era. The boom, development and impact of the Industry 4.0 has driven educational development in a positive way through the application of technology and information technology in educational activities. This involves a process of transforming digital libraries into a smart library and is one of the new orientations today. A smart library or Library 4.0 is known for many outstanding capabilities that traditional libraries cannot have. The smart library enables educational activities to be fully exploited and diversified to improve educational quality.
